Founding Principal

Since 2010, I’ve been helping law firm leaders improve practice operations and make strategic decisions. In 2026, I founded Legal InnovAI to solve a market failure: the legal industry hasn't served the majority of people who need legal help. There's a huge, underserved market for lawyers willing to try new business and service delivery models — and you don't have to rebuild your firm to capture it; you can add it as a stand-alone practice or affiliate of your firm. We build products and streamline services so lawyers can reach more clients, do more good, and grow — without adding overhead.

I’ve worked the ladder of non-attorney roles within law firms—paralegal, legal project manager, director of strategic operations, and executive director—and spent four years as a strategy consultant with LawVision. Firms I've worked with include Simpson Thacher, Benesch, Porter Wright, and dozens of mid-sized firms across North America. With a master’s degree in law firm management, I bring a rare blend of specialized formal training and extensive, practical experience to the business of law. And now I want to work with lawyers to help reduce the widening gap in wealth and the decline in democracy.
