Founding Principal

 Since 2010, I’ve been helping law firm leaders improve practice operations and make strategic decisions. My specialty is deriving strategic insights from both traditional and non-traditional data sources to improve firm performance. I’ve worked inside law firms in roles of increasing responsibility—paralegal, legal project manager, director of strategic operations, and executive director—as well as a consultant to law firms. Those firms include Simpson Thacher, Benesch, and dozens of mid-sized firms across North America. With a master’s degree in law firm management, I bring a rare blend of specialized formal training and extensive, practical experience to the business of law.
